Private Sessions

I am a fiery advocate for functional yoga over aesthetic yoga.

Functional yoga emphasizes using the pose to get into the body, not the body to get into the pose. Outside of a studio class setting, private sessions can be ideal for going deep and tailoring your practice to your unique body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you want to address something specific through the lens of yoga and mindfulness, dig deeper into a certain area of your practice, or simply show up and dive into whatever arises with someone you resonate with — you will leave with a regulated nervous system, evidence-backed skills for healing, and the powerful therapeutic benefits of connection and support.

Sessions can look like a guided practice or function like a workshop, tailored to your specific goals and intention.

Container Offerings

  • 20 minutes. Book a free consultation if you are curious whether working together will be an aligned fit, or to talk through your intention before a paid private session.

  • 60 mins. Whether you want to address something specific through the lens of yoga and mindfulness, dig deeper into a certain area of your practice, or simply show up and dive into whatever arises with someone you resonate with — you will leave with nervous system regulation, evidence-backed skills for healing, and the powerful therapeutic benefits of connection and support. Sliding scale $50 – $100. If you would like to bring a loved one or friends, reach out to inquire about a semi-private or group session at a reduced rate.

  • 90 mins. A traditional restorative practice — utilizing an abundance of props with the intention of deeply supporting the body, down-regulating the nervous system, and sinking into deep conscious rest. Receive one-on-one attention and adjustments tailored to you. Sliding scale $75 – $150. Clients often like to bring a loved one or friends for a semi-private or group session at a reduced rate.

  • Four 60 minute private sessions. This is highly recommended for clients desiring to create a stable foundation within their yoga or mindfulness practice. By establishing this container of consistency, we set ourselves up for success by creating conditions for sustainable and lasting change. Setting specific intentions for this container is a powerful way to deepen your practice and let knowledge transform into wisdom. Sliding scale $200 – $400.

  • Ongoing 60 min sessions, once per month by default or at a frequency of your choosing. If you are a devoted practitioner seeking to create sustainable structures in your life that proactively support wellbeing, an ongoing relationship with private yoga practice is for you. Sliding scale $50 – $100 per session.

A Note on

Collective Care

All offerings are sliding scale or self-selected pricing, in an effort to bridge the gap between economic privelege and access to healthcare. Although I set a standard price for what I believe these offerings are worth, no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

In recognition of the wealth disparity – and the growing need for accessible wellness tools for all – if you are experiencing financial challenge and need a reduced rate for any of my offerings, please reach out and I will be happy to work with you on a scholarship.

Alternatively, if you are in a position of greater financial stability, I invite you to consider paying at the highest rate you can genuinely afford. Your donation supports your own practice of heartfelt generosity, creates sustainability for these teachings to continue, and fosters accessibility so our community can thrive.
