About
I believe our purpose is to simply exist – that the point of being alive is to be alive. To experience what it means to be human: to love, become, grow, learn, heal, create, express, serve, give, and have fun, all from a place of joy and gratitude for this miracle we call life. At the same time, I have been so indescribably changed by Grace, that I feel called to surrender everything in reverent gratitude to this mystery of a higher power. So, my life prayer is: may my life be a powerful vessel through which Divine Love flows. A balance of knowing that our mere existence is enough, and being inspired forward into action by Love, in service of making this world a better place.
my philosophy
my mission
To alleviate suffering and support liberation and healing for all beings. To share the ancient wisdom of yoga and mindfulness — deepening the lived experience of Love, Truth and Light through remembrance. Through removing obstacles to love, we embody heaven on earth and come fully alive.

Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher | Heart Centered Leader | Singer–Songwriter
Yoga has been the foundation of my well-being for as long as I can remember. It has been the vehicle through which I found clarity of mind, support of the body, and soothing of the spirit through times of suffering. My passion for the practice led me to feel called to teach, and share the healing benefits it has to offer with others. With a heart-centered approach and an overall message of wholeness, I see this spiritual practice as an invitation to return to the heart — a path for coming home to our true nature. I am so grateful and honored to share this all-encompassing and holistic approach to wellness, in community with you.
