New moons are a cosmic reset point, an opportunity for seed planting in the fertile darkness of a new cycle. Sofia will share a yin yoga practice and cacao ceremony to ground us into our bodies and hearts. Kelsi will share her astrological insights on the unique cosmic energy of each moon cycle and guide our intention setting practice. Together we’ll create space to check in, share and be witnessed.
