Prāṇāyāma – Breathwork Workshop

  • Motive Yoga Co 31 West Chewuch Road Winthrop, WA, 98862 United States (map)

Explore the art and science of prāṇāyāma — expanding and refining the breath to support energy, clarity, and calm. This workshop is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, offering both foundational guidance and opportunities to deepen your practice. You’ll learn key techniques including the Four Purifications — Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing), Kapalabhati (Skull-Shining Breath), Ashwini Mudra (Horse Seal), and Agnisara Dhauti (Fire Wash), along with additional practices like Sheetali (Cooling Breath) and Bhramari (Bee Breath). Together, we’ll explore how breathing well affects all areas of our health and life: enhancing physical energy and performance, regulating the nervous system, reducing anxiety and stress, and preparing the mind for meditation — connecting you more fully to the essence of yoga.
